Welcome Cocktail

The Welcome Cocktail is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the campus. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks.

 

Conference Dinner

Get ready for a memorable evening on the beautiful waters of Lake Lugano! 🌊✨

The Gala Dinner is part of the official conference program, and we will gather at Lugano Centrale, the main meeting point for all conference participants.

The dinner is managed by Società Navigazione del Lago di Lugano (more info here: https://www.lakelugano.ch/en) , the company responsible for navigation services on the lake, the event offers participants the chance to discover Lugano from the water while enjoying a relaxed and memorable social experience 🌅🥂.

Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time (18:45), so we can board smoothly and set off on time. We will return at approximately 20:45.
