Camera Ready Instructions

    General guidelines for the final manuscript of the paper

    1. Follow the IEEE two-column page format, which is available at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
    2. The following page limits apply depending on the type of manuscript:
      • Full Paper: 9 pages in PDF format or 10 if an extra page is requested
      • Recent Results paper: 6 pages in PDF format or 7 if an extra page is requested
      • Workshop paper: 6 pages in PDF format or 7 if an extra page is requested
      • Demo/Poster paper: 3 pages in PDF format
    3. DO NOT put page numbers on the final PDF manuscript
    4. Include the IFIP copyright notice on the first page, especially at the bottom of the first column as "ISBN 978-3-903176-72-0 © 2025 IFIP".
    5. Meet the following PDF compatibility requirements:
      • The PDF is version 1.4 (Acrobat 5) or later, but not Acrobat 9, X, or XI.
      • The PDF was created with PDF distiller. Scanning is not permitted.
      • All fonts are embedded or subset. This ensures that mathematics appear as intended and that text is searchable.
      • No password or other security settings are included.
      • No bookmarks or links are included.
      • There are no crop marks, registration marks, date stamps, timestamps, or any other mark that does not appear in the official version of the paper.
      • There are no PostScript settings that can override the settings file.
      • No PDF attachments are included.
      • The file is not a PDF Package or Merged PDF.

      You can check that your PDF meets the conference’s publication requirements by using the IEEE PDF Checker . In “Select Publication” state Other and enter IFIP Networking 2025 as the name.

    6. Complete the IFIP copyright form (available here in PDF and DOC) with your paper details and your signature.

    7. Upload to EDAS the final versions of the PDF-compliant camera-ready copy of your paper AND the copyright form.

    8. Send the signed and scanned PDF of the IFIP copyright form to our Publication Chairs at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. having the subject to your message "IFIP Networking 2025 - Copyright".
