Posters should concisely present research ideas, preliminary results, or innovations in progress, while demos should showcase working systems, tools, or prototypes.

Abstracts of the accepted posters and demos will be published in the IFIP Digital Library and submitted for inclusion to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

    Submission Guidelines

Both demo and poster submissions must be prepared as a three-page paper in IEEE conference format, including all figures, references, and appendices. Submissions must be written in English and must not exceed the three-page limit.

Demo proposals should include a concise section summarizing the demo flow and what attendees will experience. If the demo requires special arrangements or additional equipment, these requirements must be explicitly stated in the submission. Please note that additional requests are subject to budgetary approval.

Poster proposals should clearly describe the main contents of the poster, including a concise overview of the main research ideas and preliminary findings or innovative work in progress.

All demo and poster proposals will be evaluated based on their quality, clarity, and relevance to the conference’s theme and scope.

All proposals must be submitted in pdf format through EDAS, in the dedicated track:

While submitting posters or demos, ensure that the title, co-authors, and a concise abstract are provided as metadata in EDAS.

A single-blind review process will be followed.

At least one author of each accepted submission must register for the conference at the full rate and present the demo or poster in person, unless a substitute presenter is approved by the TPC co-chairs before the event. Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid before uploading the final formatted, publication-ready version

To maintain fairness during the review process, changes to the author list are not permitted after submission. If accepted, the author list (including order) must remain consistent with the metadata provided in EDAS for the final camera-ready version.
