Camera Ready Instructions
General guidelines for the final manuscript of the paper
Deadline for camera-ready submission: May 4th, 2026 (AoE).
- Follow the IEEE two-column page format, which is available at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- The following page limits apply depending on the type of manuscript:
- Full Paper: 9 pages in PDF format or 10 pages if an extra page is purchased
- Workshop Paper: 6 pages in PDF format, or 7 pages if an extra page is purchased
- Invited Poster Paper (from the main track): 6 pages in PDF format, or 7 pages if an extra page is purchased
- Submitted Poster Paper: 3 pages in PDF format, or 4 pages if an extra page is purchased
- Demo Paper: 3 pages in PDF format, or 4 pages if an extra page is purchased
- PhD Forum Extended Abstracts - Early stage PhD: 3 pages in PDF format, or 4 pages if an extra page is purchased
- PhD Forum Extended Abstracts - Late stage PhD: 4 pages in PDF format, or 5 pages if an extra page is purchased
- An extra page can be purchased at the following link: https://cnit.it/posonline/event/IFIP_Net26/. Under “Conference Registration Type” the author must select “Extra Page (100€)” and provide the EDAS paper ID. In the case of multiple accepted papers requiring extra pages, a separate payment must be made for each paper.
- Footers shall follow the IEEE format specifications as defined in the template, but do NOT put page numbers on the final PDF manuscript.
- Include the IFIP copyright notice on the first page, especially at the bottom of the first column as "ISBN 978-3-903176-82-9 © 2026 IFIP".
- Use IEEE PDF eXpress to check Xplore compatibility. The IFIP Networking 2026 conference ID is: 70592X.
- First-time IEEE PDF eXpress® users:
- Click "New Users - Click Here"
- Use conference ID: 70592X
- Enter your email address
- Create a password
- Follow the instructions to complete registration
- You will receive a confirmation email to verify your account
- Previous users of PDF eXpress®:
- Follow the same steps using your existing credentials
- Use conference ID: 70592X
- Verify your contact information when prompted
- To check or create your PDF file:
- Click "Create New Title"
- Enter your paper title
- Click "Submit File for Checking or Converting"
- Click "Choose File" and upload your PDF or source file
- Click "Upload File"
- A confirmation screen will appear and you will receive an email
- The compatibility result will be sent to you by email
- First-time IEEE PDF eXpress® users:
- Complete the IFIP copyright form (available here in PDF) with your paper details and your signature.
- The signed and scanned PDF of the IFIP copyright form must be uploaded on EDAS under “Copyright” by clicking on the © symbol. This step is mandatory for inclusion in the proceedings.
- Upload to EDAS the final version of the PDF eXpress-approved, camera-ready copy of your paper. This step is mandatory for inclusion in the proceedings.
- Please also specify the presenter of the paper on EDAS under “Presented”.
