General Information
The SUPSI – East Campus (Campus Est) is one of the main academic hubs of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI). It is located in the modern and vibrant district of Viganello in Lugano, in the Canton of Ticino. The area offers an excellent balance between urban convenience and natural landscapes, with Lugano’s lakeside, city centre, and green hills all within easy reach.

The venue is easily accessible from both Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) and Zurich Airport (ZRH), with direct train and shuttle connections to Lugano. The campus is located approximately:
- 10 minutes by bus from Lugano City Centre
- 12 minutes by bus from Lugano Train Station
- 5 minutes walking distance from shops, cafés, restaurants and essential services in Viganello
A public bus stop is located just outside the campus, served by frequent TPL connections. The campus is also well connected to Lugano’s extensive bicycle and pedestrian path network.
