Registration

The Networking 2009 conference registration fee includes:

  • Printed and electronic versions (USB drive) of the conference proceedings
  • Admission to all keynotes and technical sessions
  • Coffee breaks
  • Social events (Cathedral visit, Cisco Night)
  • Dinner at the "Drehturm Aachen" (Due to limited capacity on a FIFO basis with regard to the registration date)

For Regulars the registration on or before 31 March 2009 will be granted the lower pre-registration rates. Registration after 31 March 2009 will be at the higher late registration rates.

To be eligible for the reduced rate, a valid student ID or membership card, respectively, will have to be presented at the registration desk. Registration must be done online using the conference registration website.

Citizens of Australia, Canada, the U.S., and most European countries usually do not require a visa to enter Germany. Additional information, including a list of countries that do require a visa, as well as guidelines on how to obtain one, can be found at visa information page.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can only be made in writing. Please send an e-mail or a fax message to the conference office. The registration fee minus a 20% charge to cover administrative costs will only be refunded if the cancellation notice has been received by 28 February (for authors) and until 31 March (for other participants). In any case, a copy of the proceedings will be delivered after the conference. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
