The Mobile and Wireless Networks Security Workshop (MWNS 2008) is chaired by GET/INT, and wishes being attractive for industrial and academic communities interested into the challenging issues of securing mobile and wireless environments. The workshop will pose the new challenges for designing secure and robust solutions and light enough to be supported by wireless and mobile terminals and communications. Wireless and mobile technologies cover RFID, Wifi, Wimax, 3G, ad hoc networks, sensor networks, etc...

A keynote will be given by Charles E. Perkins, Research Expert Mobility & Internet Protocols. C.E. Perkins has been actively participating to IETF standardization and authored standards-track documents. He authored and edited books on Mobile IP and Ad Hoc Networking.
