Barcelona airport (El Prat) is at 12 Km from the city, on the south side. More information about Barcelona Airport - El Prat and at AENA. You have several options for getting from the Barcelona Aiport to Campus Nord:
By taxi: From both Terminal 1 (T1) and Terminal 2 (T2), you will find taxis collecting people in the arrivals zone. With low traffic reaching the UPC Campus will take 30-35 minutes. On rush hours (8:00 - 10:00 in the morning and 17:00 - 19:00 in the afternoon) can delay your arrival by another 30 minutes. You can check fees at

By car: If you rent a car from the Airport, please leave "El Prat de Llobregat" and take the highway C-32B. Continue along this route and head towards Ronda de Dalt / Lleida / Girona. When getting closer to Barcelona, take route C-32 passing close to Cornellà de Llobregat and l'Hospitalet. Take B-20 and then the Exit 10 to "Carretera d'Esplugues". Take the street "carrer del Gran Capità" and turn left towards Jordi Girona street. You will be in the south side of the Campus Nord.
By metro: There is a direct connection from the Airport to the Campus Nord: Take the Line 9 (L9). The trip from the Airport to Zona Universitària takes 40 minutes. Then you will need to walk for 10 minutes or so to reach the UPC Campus. Be sure to get the "airport" ticket (it costs 4.60€), as you cannot use neither the standard metro ticket (2.20€, nor the discounted 10-trip cards (T10). You can check the metro fares at the

By train: The
RENFE suburban station is situated opposite of Terminal 2 (T2), and it is connected to this terminal by an airbridge. There is also a Bus transit service between the rail station and Terminal 1 (T1). From the airport to Barcelona Sants, there is approximately a 25 minutes journey. From this station, take the L3 (green line) towards "Zona Universitària". You can get out of the metro in "Palau Reial" or the at the last station ("Zona Universitària"). You will have a 10 minutes walk to arrive to the UPC Campus, facing north.
By bus (aerobus): Airport stops: Bus stops at Terminal 1 (T1) and Terminal 2 (T2)
Barcelona Downtown stops: Aerobus ends at Plaça Catalunya (city center). Once there, you can take the Metro L3 (green line) to "Palau Reial" or "Zona Universitària" stations. You will have 10 minutes walk to the Campus.
