REFUND GUIDELINES:
If you wish to receive a refund of your registration fees, less 25% to cover administrative costs, please submit a request to networking2013@catt.poly.edu, by April 30th, 2013. Please note that if you are the sole registered author of a paper, and you request a refund, your paper will not be included in the proceedings.
After April 30th, 2013 we will not be issuing any refunds.
