Terms and Conditions of Registration and Attendance 

Authors of accepted papers must additionally follow the guidelines on the submission page. Each paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. Only one paper may be presented per one full (non-student) registration. Students presenting a paper need to register as a regular author. Authors of full papers must register before April 30, 2017, to make sure that their papers appear in the conference proceedings.

Registration

The registration fee includes reception at Stockholm City Hall, Gala Dinner, lunch and coffee during conference and/or workshops.

NOTE: all registration fees are excluding 25% Swedish VAT. 

Payment

Payments should be made by credit card (MasterCard or VISA). If a credit card payment is by no means possible, we will offer bank transfer as an alternative for payment. Be aware that registrations without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received. Follow the instructions in the registration links on top of this page for making a payment.  

Changes in registration/Cancellation/Refund of registration

No refund will be made for cancellations from authors at any time. In case of an emergency that prevents the original presenter from attending, the registration may be transferred to another presenter. 

Notification of cancellation must be e-mailed to the congress bureau Meetagain Konferens AB (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). The cancellation is valid only after a confirmation email is sent to you from Meetagain Konferens AB.

The following administration fees will be charged, depending on the date of cancellation:

• Before May 12, 2017: 500 SEK
• After May 12, 2017: no refund should be expected

Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departure.

All refunds will be processed after the meeting.

Cancellation of hotel reservations in Stockholm

Notification of cancellation of hotel reservations before/after IFIP Networking 2017 must be emailed to Meetagain Konferens AB (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). The cancellation is valid only after a confirmation email is sent to you from Meetagain Konferens AB.

Cancellation of hotel reservations will be accepted until May 11, 2017. A cancellation fee of 250 SEK will be charged.

Visa-invitation letter

Please observe that you must be registered and have paid before we can process your request and that per default we only send out the invitation letter in scanned electronic format. If you need a printed version per mail, you must provide us with a physical address.
