Registration
IFIP Networking 2024 will be held exclusively in-person.
Each paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors during dedicated sessions.
A paper not presented or presented by a substitute without prior written approval from the TPC co-chairs will be removed from the final conference proceedings and will not be made available in IEEE Xplore DL and the IFIP DL and no refund will be given for conference registration.
At least one author of an accepted paper in the main conference must register at the FULL rate even if the author is a student.
At least one author of an accepted paper in the workshop must register at the one-day workshop rate or at the conference+workshops rate.
Students presenting a paper need to register as author.
Authors of accepted papers must register before May 2nd 2024 to make sure that their papers appear in the conference proceedings.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IFIP Digital Library as well as will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

The full registration fees include lunches and coffee breaks on each day of the conference, the social dinner, the welcome reception, all materials and accessories for participants. Student, one day Workshop/Demo/Poster/PhD symposium registrations do NOT include the social dinner.
Each author registration is valid for 2 papers (Main/Recent Results tracks).
To qualify for IEEE member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form. For IFIP members, its vinculation with a Technical Committee WG.
A valid student ID-card has to be provided along with the registration to qualify for a student registration fees.
All registration fees include 22% Italian VAT.

Change and Cancelation policies
In case of an emergency that prevents the original presenter from attending, the registration may be transferred to another presenter, subject to the prior agreement of the TPC co-chairs within 14 days before the start of the conference.
In case a request for cancelation takes place on May 2, 2024 or before, the paid conference fee, reduced by the administration fee of 50 EUR, shall be reimbursed to the Participant within 14 days from the date of receiving by the Organizer a written statement of withdrawal from the conference participation by the Participant. In case of card payment the amount shall be reimbursed directly to the Participant’s card.
If the request for cancelation takes place after May 2, 2024, and/or a Participant fails to attend the conference, the conference fee shall not be reimbursed.
