IFIP Networking 2025 will be held exclusively in-person.

    Each paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors during dedicated sessions.

    A paper not presented or presented by a substitute without prior written approval from the TPC co-chairs will be removed from the final conference proceedings and will not be made available in IEEE Xplore DL and the IFIP DL and no refund will be given for conference registration.

    At least one author of an accepted paper in the main conference must register at the FULL rate even if the author is a student.

    At least one author of an accepted paper in the workshop must register at the one-day workshop rate or at the conference+workshops rate.

    One registration covers one paper and/or one poster OR two posters.

    Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IFIP Digital Library as well as will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

    The registration fees include lunches and coffee breaks on each day of the conference, the gala dinner, the welcome reception, all materials and accessories for participants.

    Gala Dinner is not included in Student & Workshop Only registrations. 

    To qualify for IEEE or IFIP member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form.

    How to Register

    Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes.

    Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.

Invitation letters can be issued on behalf of the conference if the participant requesting it is registered and paid and provided the applicant sends us the following:

    1. Name as it appears on the applicant’s Passport
    2. The applicant’s Passport number
    3. The applicant’s date of birth
    4. The applicant’s affiliation.

    Change and Cancelation policies

    In case of an emergency that prevents the original presenter from attending, the registration may be transferred to another presenter, subject to the prior agreement of the TPC co-chairs within 7 days before the start of the conference.

    In case a request for cancelation takes place on May 9, 2025 or before, the paid conference fee, reduced by the administration fee of 50 EUR, shall be reimbursed to the Participant within 14 days from the date of receiving by the Organizer a written statement of withdrawal from the conference participation by the Participant. In case of card payment the amount minus any card processing fees shall be reimbursed directly to the Participant’s card.

    If the request for cancelation takes place after May 9, 2025, and/or a Participant fails to attend the conference, the conference fee shall not be reimbursed.
